Maaike Boekholt
Maaike Boekholt studied viola da gamba with Freek Borstlap and Anneke Pols. As soloist and continuo player she has given many concerts both at home and abroad and taken part in numerous recordings for radio, television and CD. Together with various ensembles she has won various national and international prizes and performed at many prestigious festivals, these including the Festival voor Oude Muziek in Utrecht, the Festival van Ambronay and Royaumont, the Festival van Vlaanderen in Bruges and the Innsbrucher Festwochen der Alten Musik.
